Curiosity has been the constant in my working life - a drive to keep learning, creating and connecting across disciplines.
I started out as a journalist, author and filmmaker. In the first decade of my career path, I wrote books, directed films, and led creative teams through complex projects. Design Thinking became a natural part of my process: shaping ideas into tangible, meaningful outcomes.
Over time, I began applying my skills to new domains — supporting scientific organisations and NGOs with communication strategies, stakeholder and change management. Along the way, I discovered the power of coaching. I now guide professionals in sharpening their writing, enhancing their visibility and growing with confidence. Helping others flourish is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
I believe that growth is ongoing. I continuously invest in learning — especially in the fields of AI, project management and languages. I am always eager to explore how technology and innovation can strengthen both creative processes and collaboration.
